we got hit by a tornado. we are ok. tree down, thru half our house

hi angel friends, my family and i are ok. i am writing on a laptop. its been a very frantic evening. we got hit by a tornado here, around 5:44pm. it came right through here. norwich, ct. a tree on side of our house, is down, thru half our house. it hit us very fast, hard, and sudden. we are very shaken. around 5:31pm, it began to get dark. a huge storm, was moving into our area. it got total dark, 5:44pm, a massive hard rain, then unbelievable wind. i ran into living room, told my mom, dad, taylynn, get to cover!!!!!!! now!!!!!! it sounded like a train above us, we thought our roof was coming off. out front door, couldn't see across our yard. we heard, loud boom, loud bang. lisa and kayla got stuck out in it, they were taking alyssa and triplets home. i went into our hallway, my mom's, dad's room, my room, lisa's and taylynn's room, ceiling, roof, tree branches, big holes. i yell to my mom and dad, my mom call lisa, she and kayla hunkered in their car, in driveway. complete panic here. we calmed our pets.lisa, kayla ran into our front door. they are ok, safe. we all in living room, i called holly. it was unbelievable, the wind. we are shocked. never ,never seen anything like it, never like it before. 

jenn, mike, family, bobby, all rushed here when storm eased. it still thunder, lightning, for an hour. neighbors all out, checking out things. fire truck flew down our road, power lines down 2 streets over, trees down. it hit so suddenly, fast, we are all in shock. my dad called insurance company, brother bobby checked out that side of our home. we don't know what's going to happen. we have been in living room, kitchen. calming down our pets. after 7:20pm, errie calm, sky, unbelievable. i walked out back, unreal. the tree, fence, even neighbors trees, completely uprooted. walking out back, where a tornado came thru, left me speechless and shocked. we are all very thankful, to be ok. family, friends, checking in on us. all rooms, other side of house, unsafe, including my computer room. our roof, ceiling, collapsed down on our beds, rooms. its devastating, but we are live, we have our lives, we are safe, and we hope and pray everyone is ok. 

we are keeping strong together. the insurance place say, a drone gonna fly over to access damages. we are going to sleep in living room tonight. holly is keeping us company on phone. we are gonna make it thru this. please keep everyone impacted by the storm in your ways.

lisa, kayla, were on way home, at west main street, 4 corners and took picture of the tornado. it was right over our neighborhood. it is scary. i been in hurricanes, blizzards, tropical storms, thunderstorms, nor easters, i have never in my life, experienced anything like what that storm brought. we are all stunned, but we have hope and will make it through this, as a family, and with your love, prayers, and hope. life is gonna be a bit diiferent for some time, we will rebuild our home, together, one day at a time. we love you our angel friends. will be in touch on wednesday. we are gonna try to sleep tonight. big group comforting friendship hug <3 -never lose hope
