In the same year, Adam and his family left Victoria for work in South Australia, and Belinda and Jono embraced full curatorship of Hentyfarm. Hentyfarm’s first vintage was made for family and friends. A Chardonnay, small in number but big on elegance, was a sign of great things to come.

Our wine collection includes gems produced in intimate wineries that are sometimes just a single hectare in size. Dry July Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that runs the annual Dry July campaign that challenges people to abstain from drinking alcohol for the month of July to support people affected by cancer. We also have the shelves and fridges stocked with some unique bottles that have some beautifully stories behind them. Our main focus is our refillable bottle program with 20 rotating wines on tap. All our wines are small batch, harvested yearly, vegan and are made from some of the most talented winemakers from our shores and across the globe. It’s a beautiful way to try new wines without throwing your bottle away.
