We are important

We are survivors.
We went through hell and back and came out alive- we have a right to call ourselves survivors, because we survived. 
The fact that we are still here proves how strong we are- we are fighters, we are soldiers.
We will not be silenced.
We will not allow others to silence us.
We will not allow them to tell us that w're lying or exaggerating.
We will not be quiet because our voices make others uncomfortable.
We have voices.
Our voices are important.
They will not be silenced.
Our voices will be heard.
