Watching a loved one die of cancer
Ididn't need to watch that.Frontline on PBS did a story on people that were terminally ill.Last year My wife watched her father die of cancer in his home.It's called hospice and if you are giving the chance don't do it.We watched him for three months,through Christmas and my wifes,my daughter,and my birthday.This show just brought it all back again.I don't think I will ever be the same person ever again.Life can really test your strength.And believe me I know.Watching him die was the worst experience I have ever been through and has changed us forever.

SO SORRY DALE, YES IT MUST HAD BEEN TERRIBLE, I HAD TO TAKE MY MUM HOME AND SHE DIED OF LUNG DISEASE , SHE WAS LIKE COMATOSE, SHE DIED 2 DAYS LATER, I TOOK THE DECISION TO STOP SOME OF THE DRUGS AND LET HER GO WITH DIGNITY, AND NOT PROLONG, AND PRAYED AND ASKED \'\'THE LORD\'\' TO TAKE HER HOME, SHE WAS SO TIRED OF HER LIFE..IT MUST HAVE BEEN HARD FOR YOU AND FAMILY, I DON\'T KNOW WHY DRUGS ARE GIVEN WHEN IT ONLY PROLONGS THE PAIN FOR ALL THE FAMILY..I PRAY THAT YOU ALL FEEL PEACE AND THE JOY OF THE \'LORD\', MUCH LOVE LUCY.
I\'m sorry it\'s been so long since I was last here.When you watch someone you love in that much pain stop breathing.It changes your soul.Though I have many problems myself I decided to start living for me.And that means helping people who need a hand to get up,going around the USA and seeing what God wants from me next.I am now his.
I understand where you are coming from virginiadale - I had to watch my dad die last October, and it was truly horrible. I too, will never be the same. I am trying to get through it, and listen for God\'s word as to what\'s next for me, but the experience even shook my faith for a while....hope you are well, have not heard from you in a while..
It\'funny that the bad things life,bring you closer to God.God ,Jesus,and the bible are a daily part of my life now.I played drums for the church for a month till two weeks ago.They told me I was good,but just to loud.Well that\'s the way I am so I\'ve decided to make a Christian metal album.I have a friend that set up a studio and I\'m in the process of writing now.God is great!
