Wasted Day
I spent my day waiting for a call back from the Dr. office about the insurance mix up. I called bright and early, about 8:30 and got the call back at 4:15. Guess I can't complain because the nurse did call me back.I decided to approach the whole short term disability problem from a different angle. Instead of getting into the old hassle of what information was sent, when it was sent, who received it and who requested it, I asked for specifics. I had the dates of my last four visits and asked that those be spent to a specific fax number. The nurse was fantastic. She said to keep her informed and if she needed to send it again, and again, she would. Wow! So for the first time in this whole short term disability mess, I am feeling hopeful. Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.
