I know that it is tough to stay out of the addictive chat rooms. My addiction is to the internet in general. I do not have trouble with chat rooms but I do spend way to much time online. It is not all bad because I have made some awesome online friends. It is just the amount of my time I am on it. Hang in there. Keep working on it . Hugs to you.
