Washed the car this morning
So this morning I got my act together and went to wallyworld early. Got most of the stuff we were short on but forgot to get table salt which I wasn't aware about.
Came home and changed into my grubby shorts and tee shirt, found the car wash soap in the basement and went out to start. Forgot to put up the windows so cam back in to get the keys---the only bad thing about electric windows! When I turned the key to put them up, the bottle of car wash fell on the driveway breaking and spilling the soap. I did have enough to work with. Driveway got cleaned a bit too.
When I came in Mom said she was dizzy so I got scared as usual. She had a big pot of chicken boiling on the stove and fixins ready too. She explained it was from a pinched nerve in her neck. I have had these too and know what it is like. It can throw a person for a while. The more she explained, the better I felt about her. We need to get to our regular chiro in another town about 34 miles from here but when she sprained her behind, she has been getting treatments from one here in our tiny town. I hope maybe next week we can get to the good one. The chiro here has never been able to adjust my neck at all. I have gotten dizzy too.
After making sure all will be ok, I went out and started on the house. It was in need of cleaning too. Dust and so much rain this year has made for a messy siding. The birds have been "sitting" on the wires coming in the house and leaving drips down the east side--at least that is the back!
Got front and back hosed and it does look better. The car looks like new with a few chips but it is clean for now. After lunch we watched a Bond movie. I hadn't seen it either. Lots of explosions and action. Not really what I like when I watch a movie. I'm a fan of Sean Connery and Roger Moore. This Bond was neither.
So much for my day. Got to get a hair cut too. I' said the other day my hair looks "free range". Not good!
Take care
