was about to crash

i needed help regarding my life long sex addiction, was trying to register myself in some programmes on net, but was failing over and over again, and just before i was open a porn website, i saw this email from this daily strength site. i held myself back and started to write this journal. i really need help. i am totally out of control. despite my consistent efforts, i have been digging deeper into this hell. i dont know where to start and how to start.
