Want car so bad..

I am 26 and just recently I got my license. I am really in need of a car. I hate being a burden to those who I have asked rides from. I do pitch in for gas but I hate bothering them. Also like nights tonight no one could take me to work, ugh, If I lived closer to a bus stop I wouldn't mind holding off getting one. Its frustating. I had to walk to work tonight, well half way and thats about 3 1/2miles. With the disease I have its hard for me to stand for a long time. Luckily at work now and I can sit from time to time. My finances pretty much suck right now. With me having to go to doctor visits, my debt has increased. Why me?! I was doing so good and now this damn dermatomyositis shows up. Now getting a car is going to seem like nothing but a dream. I am tired, tired of walking, especially during the times I was dizzy and sick to my stomach. Had to get to the pharmacy though...no one could take me at the time. I almost lost my balance and fell over a car while crossing the cross walk. I can't afford payments let alone insurance too. gyah! hate this...hate this soo bad. oh yeah get another job...that wont work well with my schedule...I need to find a way to make money, I can't stand this any longer.
