walking with out a limp

I lost my leg in March because of bad cirulation in my right leg.I had had a sore hip for years in that leg but thought it was arthritis come to find out the blood vessle that supplyed that leg with blood was slowly but surely clogging.In December they installed a by pass it worked for a while then it too clogged when they cleaned it out all the stuff went into my lower leg making for a huge infection where as they first took off my foot the infection got worse and they had to take it off above the knee.My son had to indore this as he did watching his mother die 6 years before he is now 11.My stump is healing nicely it's the senitiveity that drives me nuts.I have pretty much non stop phantom pain the doctor gave me lyric it works but one of the side affects is that it makes me sleepy so it can not be used during the day.Some times I have to use occycode during the day to reduce the pain.I can deal with the side affects.I have an appointment with my prosthetics doctor this Thursday to size my stump for a socket they told me that I will be able to return to work in a month yahoo
