walking again,,yes

yes i have been walking again feeling real good again and really trying to eat righti did have some steak,,and a lot of veggie's trying to stay away from lots of starches,,,i'm only doing this with the help of GOD,,, belive me i could not do this without him,,,my son are doing ok,,,,justn keep on praying and praying and praying and praying and praying and praying and praying for the love,, and guiedance of or father in heaven.
