Walked today
Walked .23miles 4 times today. Breathing was short and shallow. I had a bit of wheezing going on. Xopenex helped a bit. New med that I am trying. I am having more trouble walking on flat surfaces. My FEV1 is higher so I'm not sure why I am worse. Anyway it was a gorgeous day and the temp was perfect. Hope I can do many more.

SO MANY LUNG DZ. REQUIRE TRANSPLANT...did not release how many..have not made it treadmill today asTrying to clean..wash clothes. And cook..If you get chanc go to Mayo clinic and look up idopathic pulmonary dieases.. need your address. Please..
