Walk Without Pain...
I am going to pain-management now...I have had 2 sets of shots in my lower back to numb the nerves. The shots are very painfull but it is worth it...I can walk a little bit less painfull with each new set of shots...I sugest this to anyone who has servere pain...I will never get better, but a little less pain sure has improved my life. The shots are just a quick fix and I will always have to get them every other month, about 4 to 8 shots at a time...
