Walk It Out
Did 91 minutes of Wii Walk It Out yesterday and 83 minutes today. Woo Hoo! Getting in lots of steps that way.
Food is a little better. Not much, but a little. TOM started yesterday and the cravings earlier in the week, especially for chocolate, were through the roof! Also cramps for a couple of days. Felt better today. Anxiety was also up there earlier in the week and a little better today. I did have hot flashes a few times this week as well.
My brother in law's father passed away. (Paul's sister's husband.) Paul went to the funeral in New Jersey. I was home alone. Cold and rainy today and I did feel a little blah and unmotivated.
Tomorrow is Friday, thank God! This week just flew by! I have a 2 hr each way drive to Harrisburg to go to a fire. Thank God for talk radio! I have Sirius and it is great for those long trips. Supposed to be rainy and cold tomorrow. The Pocono Mountains are expecting 6 inches of snow! I guess they will still be skiing this weekend. Ugh! This Winter just seems really long! You couldn't pay me to live in Alaska! Florida is looking better and better!
Don't want to watch the world news as it is just too depressing! All it is is war and radiation and death and devastation and unemployment and the horrible economy.
I am just praying for and thanking God for my wonderful, normal, " boring", life!

I am thankful for your boring life too! lol You are funny :)
This HAS been a long winter. I think for most everyone.
Sorry for the loss in Paul\'s family.
I had to smile about the chocolate cravings because as part of my trying to lower my blood pressure I HAVE TO eat 3 oz of dark chocolate each night. Great medicine!
Travel safe back and forth to Harrisburg and then enjoy your days off!
I totally agree, I love my boring life also, hee hee. Sorry about the jerky customer.... hope all turns out. Sorry I haven\'t been on, work keeps me very busy. I\'m thinking of you lots. Your doing great with your steps, sometimes it\'s hard to get both right. My food was good then had TOM and screwed it all up....I will get back to healthy soon. Sometimes it takes us more time, lol. Hope the new counseling helps David. Sorry about the death in the family, always tough no matter who it is. Makes us not take life for granted. Hang in there, have a great weekend and hope no more snow. Yes, I don\'t watch news much cuz of all the depressing news. It\'s best sometimes not to hear it. Just go on about our days and not worry. Miss ya and hope all stays well.
Great exercise.
Now you know why you craved the choc. what\'s my excuse.
Hey JM 3oz is that per day of dark choc.?
Now I have a reason to eat tht chocolate -to keep my blood pressure down LOl. As if I really need a reason. :)
I say that often at work that I am glad I have a boring life esp. when I heard about what some of them so go and do and the trouble they get in. It has been a long winter but here it is getting a little better. Take care
