waaay too many prescription pills
Saturday 19th (?) I came out my apt to find a young sleazy duo...dancing...out of the apt just down the hall from me; I went out the side door, planning to joke to my friend, in his car, about them---to find the same duo walking the sidewalk approaching my friend's car, and me.
The duo went around to the side door I came out of, where a Betty broderick lookalike was sitting, with her leaping to her feet to join them---probably for prescription pills, cause the duo came out the apt that is notorious for such pills, with a friend from 30 years ago being a regular visitor there for the same reason. Days later, I saw the betty broderick in my building with her dog; she lives in the same building as me.
Friday 25, my friend from the 19th went ten miles away for a steroid shot for his back pain. The waiting room was packed with seated people, along with a line at the receptionist. I sat in the hallway, with a # of people entering the building.
After my friend got shots from...dr feelgood?...he got on his phone to somebody who had "subs"; suboxycoton i learned. And, before, he had extra percocets.
Last year I was on the phone to a friend who lives more than 20 miles away; he slurring his words cause he on oxycotons for neck pain. As with my dr feelgood friend, he learned karate when he was young, while i'm still mr nerd.
The tenant down the hallway from me with some sleazy visitors seems to have a daily nurse visit her; I even saw a pharmacist deliver a small bag to her door; I saw her one time on crutches; she rarely (?) leaves her apt---but she still has extra medication.
All the times I fell on my back, including in elementary school, falling from a vine on a tree, and through the second floor of an abandoned building, up to falling on my back on ice just last winter... Aspirin, that wonder drug, along with long baths, got rid of my pain, without forever being on LOTS of prescription pain pills, like, seemingly lots of other people.

Aspirin and long hot baths are hard to beat.
along with epsom salts.
but, at least, when my alpha male friend goes for his steroid shots ten miles away, i get to check out the nearby stores while he\'s at the dr;)
Oh yes, so many people are addicted to prescription pills, especially pain pills. They keep making the laws stricter, but people always find a way to get them! Sadly, people who really need them and would use them responsibly, often CAN\'T get them!
hi, living water
yeah, my dentist never offered me any pain pills, though my teeth would some times takes days to recuperate from deep drilling.
they offer pain meds as soon as you are in an accident of any sort and then offer refills. so it depends if you choose to take them. hot baths with bath salts or epsom salts helps the most. a masseuse helps and is not expensive, especially through a school where they are learning. also chiropractic schools that have clinics are supposed to be good as well. they use heat treatments and all that.
