I'm just plain dam upset... not really mad so much as I'm not that worried about moving in April...Just the principle of the thing... see City of La Crosse Houseing Athurity has sent me a letter stating my Lease will not be renewed because my Son did not do the required community service...But he did I took him my self and picked him up and so I'm wondering wtf... where do these people come up with this chit...Kids bustin his bunns to find a job... does community service, some one gets their wires crossed and Wa la we outta here... Why didn't anyone write me a letter... they know I'm hearing impaired and can't hear on the phone... They sure as hell can write and tell me to get the hell out... but no warning... Wat?..this is really buggin me... wish I could just tune it out... ignore it... can't do a dang thing till Monday no way...jeeesh what a mess... russ

I don\'t know how comm. service works in La Crosse but here when we get community service workers they are given a slip from the place they are working at that states how many hours. We advise them to make a copyto keep just in case they have problems proving down the road they did/did not do the service work. To late for that advice now. Hope you get things worked out.
WOW! SOUNDS A LITTLE LIKE WHAT I WENT THROUGH. I DID A LOT OF COMUNITY SERVICE TO KEEP MY APARTMENT. OF COURSE WHEN THEY BOOTED ME OUT I WAS IN THE WRONG. MY DAUGHTER AND HER HUSBAND HAD A NEW BORN BABY AND THEY LOST THEIR APARTMENT. SO, I LET THEM STAY WITH ME. FINDING THEIR OWN PLACE TOOK LONGER THAN THEY HAD EXPECTED SO I GOT BOOTED OUT FOR LETTING THEMS TAY WITH ME FOR MORE THAN TWO WEEKS.
THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF WITH THE COMUNITY SERVICE MESS YOU\'RE IN IS THAT MAYBE YOUR SON FORGOT TO LOG IN ONCE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. IF YOU DON\'T LOG IN IT DON\'T MATTER THAT YOU WERE THERE BECAUSE THERE IS NO PROOF THAT YOU WERE. AT LEAST THEY GAVE YOU TILL APRIL THOUGH. I HAD 30 DAYS TO GET OUT, AND BECAUSE I WAS BEING EVICTID AND HAD NO INCOME OF MY OWN, NO ONE ELSE WOULD RENT TO ME. THAT\'S HOW I ENDED UP STAYING HERE WITH JANET AND MAMA JEAN. JANET NEEDED HELP WITH HER MOM, AND I NEEDED A ROOF FOR MY FAT HEAD.
SINCE YOU HAVE TILL APRIL THEN THERE MAY BE A WAY FOR YOU TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND NOT HAVE TO MOVE. AFTER ALL IT IS JUST OVER COMMUNITY SERVICE AND NOT A LEASE VIALATION.
HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO FIX IT!

Do some community contacts and explain your side of \'the story.
I truely hope tit will all work in your favor.You would think there was a crime committed instead of just uncharted community service hours logged in.
Its a small misunderstanding surely you can get it fixed.
