I can't believe it sometimes, I have maybe ten different vitamins that I take durring the day. That does not include the daily injection for the ms. These all are vitamins that everyone should be taking if they have ms or not. In the morning, I take a multi-vitamin, omega-3 fish oil and glucosamine chondrodin for my joints. The multi has many of the vitamins that your body can use durring the day, like vitamin C. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps your cells from aging by making free radical atoms normal again. It also has some D3 in it. In the afternoon, I take one vitamin D3. At night, I take another vitamin D3, more vitamin C, coenzyme Q-10, and more fish oil. Pills, pills, pills, I would rather get my vitamins from natural sources, but right now my diet I don't think is the best so I have to supplement it with vitamin pills.
