Virginity and self esteem

Talking to an ex today made me feel like maybe there is a reason for why I'm so hard on myself. I didn't lose my virginity in a nice way. It was a hit it and quit it kinda deal. He had sex with me.... Then slapped me in the face with the used condom. Made me leave broke up with me then I come to find out he made a bet with his friends about being able to get into my pants in 2 weeks. He made 15$ and told all my friends I was a slut.. Maybe that's why I don't think so highly of myself
