vinilin balm journey day 4

Today I was busy do last-minute assignments for online classes so I didn't  re-apply the balm mid-day as I had planned. When I did get around to showering and reapplying, it was late and I sat in a hot tub for 2 mins to loosen the stickyness. I always shower instead of sitting in the tub; a doc told me 5 yrs ago that it causes yeast infections to reoccur. This was when I didn't know that my itchy vagy lips were a symptom of HS. I just thought it was an infection causing me to dig and claw at my crotch, but I was negative for yeast and bacterial vaginosis. Anyway...I took some time to inspect down there closely, which I rarely do because it looks like a firecracker exploded there. I was surprised to see that I was healing nicely; new skin growing over once open sores, inner thighs healing nicely (I had two sores there that would not heal and I couldn't walk w/o band-aids). The ones in the side crevice where panties fit are closing and getting smaller and no longer leaking pus. They bleed just a little still, and the foul odor is gone. My left side is the worst, both groin and armpit, and my newest ones were two bumps in the top corner of my triangle area, right where your glands would be. The left one is flat now, the right one shrinking. My left armpit still has about 5 sores that are slowly shrinking, but they don't stink anymore. My right armpit has one sore that rarely opens or needs draining. I don't wear bandages there. I must add that I do strenuous work M-F and sweat from head to toe. I go home with soaked clothing and band-aids dropping off everywhere. because of this, I am impressed that I have so much progress. Normally sweating causes everything to swell and hurt.
One thing I wish I had a solution for is going to the bathroom and constantly wiping the balm away. I think I will just order another bottle. I am 1/4 through the first. That's all for now, I am exhausted.
