Vincent

I finally broke down and wrote about Vincent last night...  It was good for me to go through our lives together, step by step, for the most part...  While it was rather numb, at least the words were there...  I am grateful the feelings were not...
I shared what I wrote on my Facebook page...  A friend who knew him when he was well responded to my FB post...  She used to call him, "The King"...  She would lightly bow her head and close her eyes while talking to him...  I am so very fond of that memory and it makes me smile...
She remembers the best he was...  I am grateful I have been given grace to have his pending death and final moments be a vague memory in my spirit...
While I still deny his death, his lack of presence is undeniable...
Now I must take care of my furballs at hand...  My four little ones and all of their dynamics...
Life must go on whether I choose to participate or not...

Writing things down is a good way to work things thru for yourself and for others. Sounds like you can call your new clan the four musketeers

That is so funny, the four musketeers... I never thouught of that... One is Francis Xavier, one is Eva Marie, one is Armande Aiden, and the last is Sophia Rose... I imagine they would be quite the troupe in battle...

Letting go is the hardest part but it gets better as time goes by. New situations new places and new things to do are sometimes what helps you pull out of it

You are so very right, my friends... I lack keeping busy... I am looking for a little part time job as I am not in school this semester... As far as going to new places and new things, I don\'t know why I am so reluctant... I\'m like a little kid who stomps her feet and knows everything there is to know about everything and there is nothing for her to learn... Bratty... That I can definitely be...
