Very Stormy night. my family and i are ok. power on. very bad winds last nite.
Hi angel friends, just wanted to write a short journal. my family and i hope and pray, that everyone is ok, and safe and have power, that experienced the stormy weather last night. my family and i are ok, safe, and we have power on here. there was a very bad storm last night, that came up here. we all didn't get much sleep. there's trees down around our area, including a tree down over by my sister Jenn's home. last evening, it was getting windy, gusty. around 9pm, the storm just seemed to erupt. a storm system picked up a tropical storm system, it was bad, i looked out my window, around 10pm, as Holly and i were getting ready to wish eachother a good night after watching a movie. the winds, rain, it was fierce out there. the winds, gusts, they just kept going and going, and it was hard to fall asleep. my dad was still at work, domino's, and he called my mom, he was telling about tree being down, up on the turnpike up the road from us here. i looked out my bedroom window, toward our back trees, the winds picked up even more, and were continuous winds. there had to be some hurricane force winds out there. my dad came home from work. Jenn sent a message, that there's a tree down near her home. there's storm damage all around our state. schools are closed here, and most schools all around our state, are all closed. it's still very gusty windy outside here. i was able to get about 3 or 4 hours of sleep last night, i woke back up around 4am, and woke up after 6am. i'm still getting rolling with the morning, but just wanted to let everyone know, my family and i are all ok, we're safe, and we have power. it was a long night. gonna be taking it easy, slow today. Will write a journal to post this evening, with updates. big group comforting friendship hug :)
i just went outside to check our yard. we have a fence down, and branches down in our yard. it's still kinda dark, and very gusty out there. will be home today, and will update my journal this evening too. gonna go back outside a bit later, to check in on things too. we're so glad, and thankful to be ok, safe, and we got power on. we did carve pumpkins yesterday evening, will be sharing pictures i took. we all are catching our breathe this morning, after a rough windy, stormy night. big caring friendship hugs :) We're with you angel friends :) we hope today is a nice peaceful one :)

Oh! It's good you and your family are doing ok. It's still dark here. We're getting winds and rain from tropical storm Phillipe. It better end by Halloween.

I"m glad you & your family are okay. We are having gusty winds & rain today. Looks the same for Halloween. Maybe a nap this afternoon will help. Lack of sleep wreaks havoc on the body & mind. Hugs! Brooke

it's around 1:40pm this afternoon currently, it's still very gusty winds, but thankfully the rain has eased. my family and i have been checking in on everyone, to see how everyone is doing, and so thankful, for everyone's safety, and comfort. :) it was definitely a night of the most stormy weather we've had, in a while. this morning, my mom, Lisa, and i went outside, to check in on our yard, it was still very gusty. we have a fence we need to fix, and we have branches down in our backyard. one of our neighbor's on the next street over, has a tree down in their backyard. The winds last night, especially around 9pm, through 2am, were very bad winds. when i looked outside my window, toward the street light, it was continuous winds, rain, and more winds, it was definitely one of the strongest storms we've experienced. one of our neighbor's lost a huge tree branch, it flew into our backyard, in the bird sanctuary area, and 3 of our fence panels were down, but we were able to get the fence braced back up. the branch is about 20 foot long, wild! we're just so thankful, everyone is ok. it will definitely be remembered, as one of the most fiercest storms we've had here. i believe, last night's storm, was just as strong as, or maybe even stronger, than the impacts from tropical storm irene in 2011, and hurricane sandy in 2012. what a wild night, and didn't get much sleep, but will go to sleep earlier tonight :) it got so scary windy last night. it was like, an eruption of fierce winds, especially after 9pm. We wish everyone continued comfort, much peace, and we hope for much better weather days ahead :)
my dad repaired our fence, and i spruced up our halloween decorations. will be sharing some new pictures later on this evening :)
