Very harsh epiphany.
WARNING do not read this if you are in a fragile state, it is brutally honest and come back and read it when you know you can handle it.
There is one thing that almost every CS agrees on over at CA. Their AP will ALWAYS be a part of them! Years later they will come to mind at random times or by triggers some are bad memories but most are of good times.
This is something that BS need to understand and accept. The AP will always have a piece of our SO heart and mind. *sigh*

I believe that to be true, because for what ever time span our CS had their A for, their AP was worth risking their relationships with their BS. I\'m pretty sure with my CS he is fixated on when he can get his next fix of his AP. and I think that if the A is discovered and it ends before one or both are ready for it to end there would be a sense of no closure to the A and possibly unfinished business.
Is the AP given the same amount of importance as first boy/girl or are they thought of more as the CS is more mature and not nave in the ways of relationships like we all were when we were teens.
Sorry, I don\'t have any answers. But unfortunately I\'m not surprised. I have been on CA because I need to find understanding of the whole A process but things were to raw but I think it\'s a great place to get honest open answers.
You may not want my opinion but maybe this will make you feel better. When a CS says the AP will always be a part of them, it\'s bc they are coming out of the fog and the loss still lingers. Once she\'s completely out of the fog, she will regret ever meeting the AP, not wanting them to be part of her heart or anything else for that matter. It\'s kind of like....what alien took over my body for that time? I don\'t know that person at all.
It\'s not an excuse or a reason... it\'s just fact.
Now you can tell me to mind my own business and go away.
