VERY FRUSTRATED!!!
I am so tired of this B.S. I don't have any freedoms. I live with my parents and don't have a car. This really sucks. I have to rely on my parents to do everything. They won't let me take the spare mini van because i'm not on their insurance. I really hate this. I need a car and a place of my own. I can't have a place of my own with a small part time job. But I may be able to save up for a car. That will take a while to do though with how little I make. I am so frustrated right now!!! I have errands to run but no car. This is such B.S. Maybe I can ask for more hours at work, but I doubt she could even give me any more hours though.

I totally understand your frustration. It must be hard to be so close to the mini van and yet not be able to drive it. Can you offer to pay your parents to insure it?
It doesn\'t hurt to ask for more hours - the worse they can say is no!
How about a bicycle?

They said maybe they would add me to their insurance if I paid for it, but she was very unsure.
Good idea to ask how much insurance would be and then if you can afford it, give them a check and write at the bottom left that its for car insurance. And see what happens. Crossing my fingers for you.
