Very Focused and Busy Day......

I really suprised myself today. I had so much to do one thing after the other. I left my apt at 7:45 and got back at 5:00. So when my phone began ringing at 8:00 am and it was stbx I kept saying to myself " T don't answer don't answer don't answer." You must stay focused today you took time off work to deal with everything today DON'T WASTE IT. I knew just the sound of his voice would send me straight back to bed. I didn't answer NO CONTACT NO CONTACT NO CONTACT. I went to my first 2 appointments the Doctors then to school to start to set up my Music Classroom. Very fun I got to see some of my Teacher friends I haven't seen since May. Then on the way to court to deal with setting up my direct deposit account for my support payments here comes the text messages. T answer your phone please, T answer your phone please, T PICK UP YOUR DAMM PHONE. Stay focused, stay focused, stay focused.
I did NO CONTACT, NO CONTACT, NO CONTACT. The problem with talking to yourself so FORCEFULLY AND WITH SUCH CONVICTION probably a good idea to make sure there are no other cars around you. The people in the car at the stop light next to me most likely were thinking " Oh Lord she is definately OFF HER MEDICATION!!! So on I went next stop the Gym to work off the donut and 3 cups of coffee I had for lunch. After my workout I was all ready for my last stop the THERAPIST!!!!! YEAH!!!!! I LOVE THERAPY DAY!!!!!! But, just as I was pulling up the phone rang again I looked at the caller ID with a knot in my stomache to see with my great suprise it was Austin. "Hi baby I said mommy will be home soon" " Oh hi mom dad wanted me to tell you to please call him soon ok" " Ok sweetie" see you soon. OMG RIGHT!!!!! I KEPT THE NO CONTACT but I have to admit I have been crawling out of my skin to know what he wanted. Needless to say my Therapist had to earn her money today........... I have to give myself a BIG pat on the back today... SNAPS TO ME.........
