VERY BAD Day Yesterday, and TODAY I\'m in a LOT of PAIN !!!!!

Yesterday My Niece Bridgette took Me to Wal-Mart to get some Prescriptions filled, and so I could do some Grocery Shopping. I knew the Trip would take a Long Time, and I was expecting the Normal Noise in Wal-mart - ( it's Always busy ! ), BUT I WAS NOT expecting to have TROUBLE WITH FILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS AGAIN !!!!! It was the 3rd, or maybe even the 4th Time, that I've gone to the Wal-Mart Pharmacy to get My Prescriptions, and when They Call My Insurance - ( WellCare ) - the WellCare Rep. tells Them that My Insurance has been TERMINATED !!!! That has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I've tried to get any Prescriptions, ever since I first got this Insurance with WellCare !!!! I'm so frustrated with WellCare now that I feel like FILING A LAWSUIT against them for the Aggravation !!!! I already take Medication for High Blood Pressure, so I sure as HECK DID NOT need that aggravation Yesterday ! AFTER about an HOUR to 2 HOURS... or somewhere in between.... FINALLY I got it straightened out so I could buy My Prescriptions at the RIGHT PRICE ! It was ONLY THANKS to My Niece's Cell Phone, that I was able to get it straightened out ! Thankfully She said She has Free Minutes, so it wasn't costing Her a LOT to help Me. I ended up having to have the WellCare Reps. TWICE talk to the Pharmacist rep. about My Insurance, before it FINALLY got taken care of.I meant to call WellCare YESTERDAY when I FINALLY got Home from Wal-Mart, but I was SO EXHAUSTED that I forgot to. I STILL will probably call them, and ask to speak to a Supervisor to file a COMPLAINT about what's been going on with My Insurance with Them.THE EXCUSE was SO STUPID that They gave Me, for what went WRONG ! ALL They said was that They had to ' UPDATE ' My Information in Their Computer in order to override the Problem !!!!! What a LOAD of Bologna !!!! LOL I'm thinking that when I do Call to Complain... I'm going to ask Them, " WHAT ?! DO I HAVE TO CALL YOU AHEAD OF TIME EACH TIME I NEED TO GET ANY PRESCRIPTIONS SO YOU CAN ' UPDATE ' MY INFO., SO I DON'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM YET AGAIN ????!!!! " I would LOVE to hear what They have to say about THAT !I know ONE THING for SURE.IF ANYONE EVER asked Me for a Name of an Insurance Company to go with, I'd tell Them just be sure that You DO NOT GET ANY INSURANCE WITH WELLCARE !NOW, I'm wondering IF I should still give Them a chance to do the RIGHT THING from NOW ON, and show Me that They REALLY DID FIX THE PROBLEM !... OR Should I just go ahead, and start Looking for Another Insurance Company that I could possibly sign up with ?!Anyway..... OTHER THAN THAT MESS.... On Top of dealing with ALL OF THAT... BEFORE I even left for the Store, My BF got the Mail, and in it was a Letter from WellCare stating that They've DENIED authorizing Me to get a POWER SCOOTER CHAIR !!!!! They CLAIM that I haven't shown Them that it's Medically Necessary for Me to have One ! That's SUCH B.S. !!!!! UGH !!!! I have SEVERE OSTEOARTHRIS, ASTHMA, AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE !!!! You tell Me IF that DOESN'T SOUND LIKE I NEED A POWER SCOOTER CHAIR ?! I'm going to APPEAL Their Decision, OF COURSE. BUT, I'm not holding My Breath for Them to change Their Minds.I'm going to keep SEARCHING for a WAY to get a Power Scooter Chair, since I don't have much choice in the matter. I desperately NEED ONE !!!!!I don't understand HOW a Company can DENY a Person something They obviously NEED SO MUCH !!!! I have a Doctor's Appointment coming up on June 13th, so I'm planning on taking the DENIAL LETTER from WellCare with Me to show My Doctor. I'm going to see what She has to say about it, and IF She can offer Me ANY help at all to get it straightened out ! I HOPE SHE CAN HELP ME !!!!! As IF ALL of that STRESS Yesterday wasn't enough to deal with, simply getting IN AND OUT of My Niece's Car was EXTREMELY HARD FOR ME !!!! With the Condition My Knees are in, simply trying to lift a foot into a Car is a monumental task to say the least ! Combine the PAIN I'm in walking out to My Niece's Car - using My Walker, with the FACT that I have ASTHMA, and by the Time I am in Her Car... sitting down... I'm so OUT OF BREATH that I'm panting, and breathing VERY Hard !!!!!I can BARELY even tell My Niece to " Please Excuse Me for a Moment while I catch My Breath "! She understands, though... She doesn't even TRY to get Me to talk to Her, UNTIL I actually have caught My Breath, and I start talking to Her.ONE THING I'm VERY THANKFUL FOR about YESTERDAY is the Fact that My Niece stuck around for awhile.... while My Boyfriend was putting away the Groceries in the Kitchen. I'm VERY GLAD that She did that, since That Way He COULD NOT get Angry at Me about what I had bought since She was sitting right there in the Living Room - with My Great Nephew - ( My Great Nephew's just 5 Months Old ).There would have been NO Reason for Him to get Angry, but when it comes to the Groceries, and whether or not I followed the " LIST " that HE APPROVED OF AHEAD OF TIME, I never really know HOW He'll react ! He's VERY Particular about it. In the Past IF I didn't follow the " LIST " to the " T ", He's actually flown into such a RAGE that He started THROWING AROUND some of the ITEMS... ALL OVER THE KITCHEN... AND EVEN A COUPLE OF THINGS HE THREW ACROSS THE LIVING ROOM !!!! I DID NOT want that happening AGAIN, Yesterday ! I was careful, though... I pretty much followed the " LIST ", but STILL I noticed at ONE POINT as He was putting Everything Away, He started getting Angry because He was saying that There was TOO MUCH STUFF... and He was having a Hard Time making Everything fit in the Fridge ! ISN'T THAT NUTS ???? ISN'T IT NUTS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HAVING TOO MUCH FOOD IN YOUR KITCHEN ?????!!!! I could Understand about complaining to Someone IF They forgot to get a LOT of the Items that were on the " List ", BUT NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND ! Thankfully, anyways... with My Niece Bridgette still here with Her Baby, He calmed down pretty quickly. Plus, for a little bit He even talked " Baby Talk " to My Great Nephew Jordan. LOL One Good Thing about the FACT that I did so much Grocery Shopping Yesterday is that it SHOULD MEAN that I WON'T have to go out Shopping AGAIN for at LEAST 2 WEEKS, I HOPE ! I do use a Power Scooter Chair - ( that Wal-Mart provides ) - in order to do My Grocery Shopping, BUT they aren't the most comfortable things in the world, and after awhile I find My Knees hurting a LOT trying to keep my Feet on the Scooter's platform area. I'm Thankful that My Doctor's appt. is a little bit over a Week from now. So at least that'll give Me Some Time to rest up before having to go OUT AGAIN ! Well, I better go... My Knees are still KILLING ME from Yesterday, so simply sitting here at My Computer is making Them hurt EVEN MORE ! Today My New Computer Chair that I ordered - ( thanks to My Tax Rebate Money that finally came in ) is supposed to get here Today by UPS. I HOPE that My BF will be able to put it Together with No Problem.I just have NO Mind for that sort of Thing. I'm more of an " Art Minded - Creative " Type of Person... than a " Mechanical - Technical " Type of One... If You follow what I mean. I HATE having to depend on Him to put My Computer Chair Together, BUT since My Niece is Busy with Work... and with Her Baby... I wouldn't want to bother Her, and ask Her to come all the Way over here, just to put My Computer Chair Together. I'm sure She'd be able to, and that She would do it.... BUT since My BF is here, I know He'd expect Me to ask Him to do it, and probably even be ANGRY at Me for asking My Niece to do it !!!!Well, I really need to go now... I'm in too Much Pain to sit here any longer... at least for Now. I'll TRY to get back Online Later Today... Sometime... it just depends on IF My BF goes OUT AGAIN, or not... and/or IF He takes a Nap this Afternoon, OR NOT.
