Vertigo

All day today - er... yesterday - I experienced severe vertigo.  It got so bad that for most of the afternoon I was nauseated.  It felt like when I was a kid and would get car sick.  It was awful.  It hasn't gone away completely, but it's only about 20% as bad as it was.  It came out of nowhere, for no reason. Not coincidentally, this is almost the time of year when I used to get my annual relapse.  Spring is on its way.  Yesterday was the warmest day of the year so far this year.  For about an hour it hit 58°f (14.44°c).
