Vertigo
All day today - er... yesterday - I experienced severe vertigo. It got so bad that for most of the afternoon I was nauseated. It felt like when I was a kid and would get car sick. It was awful. It hasn't gone away completely, but it's only about 20% as bad as it was. It came out of nowhere, for no reason. Not coincidentally, this is almost the time of year when I used to get my annual relapse. Spring is on its way. Yesterday was the warmest day of the year so far this year. For about an hour it hit 58°f (14.44°c).

I hate vertigo!! Those feelings of nausea, dizziness and all that goes with it. Did you take anything for it like Stemetil?? Although I do find that travel anti-sickness tablets do help with the nausea and dizziness. Am glad that you are feeling better though. do you think that this could be related to your annual relapse?? I think itt\'s a possibility FD. Take care Poppet.

Two days later, and it has 95% disappeared. That was horrible ! Thank god it is nearly completely gone. I didn\'t take anything for it. Dramine works for motion sickness, but I don\'t have any in the medicine cabinet.
It lasted about a week. Thank god it\'s gone !
