Valentines Day

Went to a movie todat with my wife and she picked the movie.I know you guy`s are saying poor Monte having to sit through a sappy movie with the wife,but she even suprised me by wanting to go see Taken with Leam Niessan(SP).It took me by suprise.You could have knocked me over with a feather.She has not liked any of the movies that I have wanted to see in I don`t know how long.I like the fast paced action movies and if she had it her way we would see romance movies all the time and to heck with the action ones except for Jackie Chan movies that is and then she likes the trailors better than the movies.We went over to some friends house last night and asked them if we could borrow thier Harp so that Brenda could take pictures of it for one of her photo class projects.I thought it was going to be a really big one but it was just about 3 feet tall and it was made out of some kind of light weight wood,felt like I was carring something made of balsa wood it was that light.I ask them if they were sure that it was ok to take it outside to take the pictures and they said it didn`t matter because they couldn`t keep it in tune any how so just for us not to take it out if it was raining or snowing.So tomorrow morning if it is warmer and the wind isn`t blowing we are going to go to the park and take a bunch of pictures with it.I might even get Brenda to take some pictures of the Locomotive that is there.It is from the early 1900`s and is very cool looking.The only problem with taking pictures of it is the put up an 8 ft. chain link fence around it to keep people off of it.Like that is going to stop anyone.I got up on it when I was a teenager and the fence was there then,but I am not going to even attempt it.To many broken bones and too crippled up to even think about it.Wish us luck in finding some one that works at the park on Sunday that will have a key to let us inside the fence to take any pictures.I ask Brenda if she would rather wait and let me have some time to try and track down the park superantendant to get him or her to let us in ,but she wants to go there tomorrow and see if she can get some of it while trying to blend out the fence.I didn`t know that you could do something like that.
