Using the goals!

Just ran today. After giving up on the marathon, I decided to make working out fun again. Part of that means getting back to a good variety and actually working out every day!
 
So here I am, officially day one (officially because this goal tracker makes it official :), and I really hope I can keep it up!
 
Ran 4 miles today that felt really good. Also put up the pull up bar on the door so every time I pass by it I can do a couple. P90X is sitting on my computer, but I don't think I'm ready for it yet. I am doing a 10 minute pilates abs workout and working on this 20 minute upper body strength workout that is KILLING my arms.
