USCIS Certified Translation: Math of it all!
USCIS documents are thoroughly discussed all across the internet. But all of these many posts leave one significant point behind; how much do the translations cost? They want you to ignore the fact that these translations require a lot of money and make you feel like all of the details that they are giving you are too significant to ignore. We are going to provide you with an honest account of getting the USCIS certified translation as an experience of our many clients:
Bulk:
The main issue in USCIS documents is the fact that each person has to get at least twenty papers ready for submission usually. At least half, if not all, of these documents, are due for a translation or at least a partial translation. Every document will come with its certified translation, and the translation will need to be conducted by a well- qualified translator.
Rates:
The standard rates for one certified translation document are seventy to a hundred bucks. That means that if you are getting twenty certified translations, you are going to spend two thousand dollars on the full project. That is a lot of money, and we are not counting the other expenditures that you will have to take care of.
The Translator Regulations:
The USCIS regulates the translators who are eligible to translate immigration-related documents. Every translator needs to be a member of the American Translators’ Association to conduct a translation that will be submitted to the USCIS. That title comes with extra charges because ATA membership is prestige and that makes the translator worthy of a higher rate.
Our Solution:
We have been working as a translation agency for sixteen years, and our solution to this particular predicament is simple. We are a member of ATA as a translation agency. That means that we do not hire translators who are ATA members instead we make sure that the translations that we provide are of ATA standards. This makes it easier for us to ensure that the translation we provide is economical and yet of a high standard.
Our Rates:
Our rates are $20 per page, and we are making sure that the translation agency you are paying is the member of ATA. This deal does not come with any side notes or other rates. We are here to make sure that you get the translation that you need with the price tag you can afford.
Our Bulk:
With our rates, you can get your entire bulk of documents translated in only $200 with room to spare. It’s a tentative estimate, but it is very realistic.
