Urge to Purge

I have struggled with bulimia self injury and depression for years and then
i met my soon to be husband. He is from India. Well i stopped purging for a while and then he mentions to me out of the blue i have to lose more weight before going to india withvhim because of their cultural beliefs and our marriage ceremony. He triggered me and doesnt understand when i tell him. I weigh 217 lbs. And i have 120 days to lose about seventy lbs. Or he wobt let me participate while this upsets me i know he is only looking out for my health. Help..what should i do.???
