I actually converted my kids old playhouse that was falling down in to a summer house. We removed the entire entrance and replaced it with french doors and house windows. I used 3mm obvious acrylic. It turned up well packaged with froth strips protecting the sides. The sizing was precisely what I ordered. The edges were clean slice with no burrs. The protective film had simply no scratches ensuring that the sheet was well dealt with while processing. The polymer is crystal clear with zero scratches on it and excellent for the job. Will thoroughly recommend this.

I needed to replace 2 wooden shed windows. I find Just plastics on eBay and they had exactly what I needed. Ordering was ease by itself! I went in advance and ordered 2 sheets (they even had prepared sized or cut to size), and with some days I had all of them delivered. They were perfect with both sides covered in film to protect them. If you need to use acrylic sheet in that case I would reccomend Just plastics for your needs. All I want now is usually the rain to quit to get on with the job!!!
Keep in mind that recycling is usually not 100% efficient - you're still creating some waste and using energy throughout the recycling process. Before you recycle (or toss), consider if you can for some reason reuse the product you're thinking about throwing in the recycling (or trash) trash can. If you can, then you've completed even better - you're reusing your item, thereby creating no additional waste or energy use.
