Ups & downs

I am still having my ups and downs with needing stress doses of my hydrocortisone due to or medical issues. It is so frustrating at times since all I want to do is feel well and be stabilized with my meds. I think my new gastroenterologist had the right idea about stopping some of my meds. Between him and my primary care dr I have for the most part felt stronger, but still the ups and downs and stress doses persist.
