Upped the dose

I just upped my dose of gabapentin this morning, so I will be taking one capsule in the morning and then two in the evening now, for a week. Then I am supposed to take another in the morning, for a total of four a day - two in the morning and two in the evening.
Man. I felt the effects this morning of taking that capsule in the day time, that sluggishness, but no pain relief. In fact, I have been achy with no relief all day so far. To top it off, it snowed this morning, then rained. Wow.
I just wonder how long it will take for me to get pain relief from this thing.
Well at least I have my TENS and ultrasound, gels and heating pad!
