Updating my resume
I have been staring at the computer for the past hour or so. No ideas are coming to mind and I am not able to work on my resume for nothing in the world. I know I need to include my work experience with the past 9 months project: Deltek CostPoint Validation, Billing and Setup module for government contracts. It sounds so easy putting this down in my journal, but how do I include this in this resume? I tried a couple of options and I didn’t like it. For months I could feel that the situation with the firm would continue to slide down and I have been looking for other opportunities. My resume is uploaded in Monster and Career Builder, I have visited and interviewed with several job hunters (Robert Half, Spherion, etc.) and nothing comes up. Am I doing something wrong? My belief has proven right in the past: everything happens when it should happen. Everything happens for a reason. Even when we want something to happen and it just doesn’t happen. I remember going to interviews and trusting I had the right skills for that job, being told that I will receive a call in a couple of days with the job offer, and then not hearing from the firm again. I also remember having an interview that lasted more than an hour and getting an offer that was close to insulting (almost 50% of my compensation). Right now, I am not even getting that. Am I doing something wrong or is my resume highly unimpressive?

You\'re a step ahead of us and by putting your experiences in this journal you are giving us behind you a path to follow because so many others will be facing this same issue. I use a technique when looking for a new position inside the company. I approach each one in the same manner. I am go in prepared as best I can but I pretend that I have already been turned down for the job or really don\'t need it. This method puts me at ease enabling me to present a confident composure. I know that you impress me as a person who possesses all the qualities that I looked for an a potential asset/coworker. I also leaned towards people with one page resumes. If this is possible you may have added success In the end it\'s just as you say \'things happen for a reason\' Like steering an iceberg.
