Updated entry about Zailegh,
My little angel Zailegh pased away early this morning. My heart will always miss what Zaileigh gave to me. She is now a real angel with God watching over me always. Say a prayer for Zailiegh and her Mommy today the next few days are going to be real hard for her family. Say a prayer for me and my co teachers as we have to help Zailiegh's little friends our students how to cope and grieve the loss of the precious friend. A very big (HUG) to you at this very sad time. God has taken this very precious angel to be with him in heaven so that she can be perfect once again and not suffer any more.
This story reminds me so much of a very special little friend my son had in preschool who was diagnosed with Leukemia and died very soon after the diagnosis. She was the most amazing ray of sunshine and such a teacher to so many of us.
I can still remember that wonderful little child and her amazing smile - what a precious blessing she was to those of us who had the pleasure of knowing her. The picture of her face is so vivid in my mind even though it is 18 years since she died.
May the memory of this brave little Zaileigh live on as a reminder to you all of how to be so brave even in times of such adversity.
