Update Time
I am updating my goal. I know that it has been two weeks since my last update but I have been very busy. I have ben taking my medication as prescribed and my diabetes seem to be in the normal range. I go to see my doctor on Thursday to find out. If you don't know by now, I quit smoking on June 29th. I am doing extremely well and I appreciate all of your help and support. Thank you all for helping me to get my life back.

Good job on taking your medicine ...along with the quit....it helps the quit...if you are stable on other medicines....cause it doesn\'t cause more confusion....I am so proud of you...keep it up...and things will get even better and better....love and hugs...d.
