Update part deux
Ok, so a follow up for those ladies who are as curious as me about my u/s results. I don't know them yet. My GP's office never called me, so I called them today. The results are in but, of course, I have to book an appointment with my GP to find out what's going on. I could have gotten in to see him Friday if the only available appointment slot was at 4:30 instead of 4. (I'm in class til 3:30 and have to take the bus, which means if I'm lucky I get to my GP's office at 4:05-4:10ish). So, unfortunately I have to wait until Monday.
The pain in my abdomen has been pretty bad this week. It's hurting more often than it's not now, so I'm super anxious about that. It's really distracting during class too. Sharp stabby pains are not conducive to paying full attention to lectures.
A funny juxtaposition for me tomorrow though: I have to go to Health & Wellness class from 8:30-9:30 and then run across the street to the Public Health centre and get my final Hep B shot. I'm just glad that the Public Health building is almost literally across the street from the college. I'm just not so happy with the $45 price tag of the Hep B shot, and yes, that's per shot. I wish the school paid for them. They will pay for any immunization costs incurred after September 1st, but if I'd waited until then, I wouldn't be able to get my form in on time. As it is, it was actually due last week, but I have to wait to get the Hep B shot.
I hope all of you are having a good week!

Annoying that they didn\'t call you to follow up, but glad you took charge and have an appointment Monday. Keep us posted!
I\'m so glad you posted this - I was just thinking about you this morning and wondering about your results! I think it\'s safe to say that they saw something, otherwise they would have just told you that it was negative over the phone. It\'s kind of (okay REALLY) crappy that they didn\'t call you in the first place, but I\'m glad you were proactive and called them! Can\'t wait for your update on Monday, big hugs, thinking of you always!
Why can\'t the doctor call you with the results?!?!? thats frustrating, keep us posted!
Thanks for the update - your GP sounds like a douchey office since they won\'t tell you anything over the phone. I hope it\'s nothing HORRID on Monday, but that you get some freaking answers already!!!!!!
Thanks ladies! I\'m hopeful that I will get some answers on Monday and that the news is what I\'m already expecting (a cyst on my right ovary). I will keep you all posted!
