UPDATE ON MY HUSBAND!
HELLO, SORRY THIS IS SO LATE. JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.
MY HUSBAND STARTED FEELING SICK LAST SATURDAY BUT HE STAYED HOME AND TRIED TO GET SOME REST. EVERYTIME HE ATE HE HAD TO RUN TO THE BATHROOM.
THINGS JUST KEPT GETTING WORSE SO MONDAY AFTERNOON HE SAID HE NEEDED TO BE CHECKED OUT. SO I TOOK HIM TO THE VA HOSPITAL WHERE HE GETS HIS TREATMENTS. THEY DID ALL KINDS OF SCANS AND BLOOD WORK. THEY ENDED UP PUTTING HIM ON A LIQUID DIET AND GIVING HIM LIQUIDS THROUGH HIS IV. THEY'RE LEANING TOWARD A VIRIL INFECTION. THEY SAID THAT COULD DO IT AND IT TAKES TIME FOR IT TO RUN IT'S COURSE AND GET OUT OF HIS SYSTEM. EVERYTHING HE EATS RUNS THROUGH HIM AND HE GETS CRAMPS IN HIS STOMACH. AS OF RIGHT NOW THAT'S WHERE WE STAND. THEY'RE STILL TRYING TO FIGURE IT ALL OUT. HE'S IN A PRIVATE ROOM UNTIL THEY KNOW FOR SURE WHAT IT IS.
I WILL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED ON WHAT'S GOING ON WITH HIM. HE WILL BE THERE UNTIL HE CAN EAT SOLID FOOD AND KEEP IT IN HIS STOMACH. I'M GOING TO BED NOW. HAVE A BUSY DAY TOMORROW. I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A BLESSED NIGHT. I WILL UPDATE EVERYONE SOMETIME TOMORROW. HUGS, CHRIS♥

Hope he gets over it fast. My first thought was food poisoning. Glad you got him to hosp.
Sorry Chris. My step daughter and her family had that not once but twice. The first time it lasted days, the second time only 24 hours. I had to kick her brother, my step son who lives with us, out of the house since he had visited her when they were all coming down with it. Couldn\'t have him there and coming here and infect us. It could kill my hubby. It\'s good that your husband is in the hospital. I pray he gets better soon and that you don\'t catch it or anything else going in and out of the hospital.

Prayers and well wishes for your dear hubby. Possibly appears to be an infection, and is so they ought to be able to treat it and hence sooner then later your hubby should begin to start feeling better.

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR PRAYERS AND SUPPORT. WE FOUND OUT TODAY HE HAS THE FLU. THE ONLY MEDICATION THAT WORKS FOR THIS TYPE OF FLU HAS TO BE STARTED RIGHT AWAY AND HE\'S HAD IT FOR ALMOST A WEEK. RIGHT NOW THEY\'RE GIVING HIM FLUSH AND PUTTING SALINE THROUGH HIS IV.
