update on my health

i am felling better i am walking three times a day down my hall way three times which amount to nine times. since i have been doing that my blood sugar is running normal. i am mad at the va i couldn't sleep only a little bit in a chair. i throw up blood with my walking pnemonia. the va would not put me in to the hospital. it is terrible one fights for their country and we veterns get treated like shit by the va. president obama wants better service for us veterns and the republicans say their is nothing wrong with the way we are treated. as a democrat i voted more repulican than for follow democrats because i thought they were better for us veterns. i would not vote for a good for nothing republican again any one with any brains know that are goverment treats us veterns like shit. the va is in with the drug companys all they know is to put you on pills. my medicine sheet of meds i am on is three pages long. how can any one say their isn't something wrong with the way the va hospital treats us. they are trying to kill us so they have no veterns to take care of.
