update on miscarriage
So the bleeding stopped as quickly as it started. I honestly don't know what that means. I am also taking progesterone pessaries and have read that stops the bleeding during miscarriage...I don't know...am waiting for the clinic to open so I can call them and see what I need to do. My husband says that early bleeding is common and that it may just be breakthrough bleeding...I don't know. I just want answers.
Am praying that it is just some breakthrough bleeding anyone reading this, please send positive thoughts this way..I need all the help I can get!

Is this when your period would normally be happening? For the first 2 months I had some light bleeding exactly at the time my period would have been starting... Just throwing out another possible explanation... fingers crossed for you
yes it is about the time I would have got a period...thats why my husband thinks it is breakthrough bleeding (I probs should listen to him...he is a doctor!) How much is light though??sorry if TMI, this was probs about less than a teaspoon..it was bright red... Overnight, I wore a pad to bed and there was a very light brown stain and that was it...
I just laughed out loud when I read your response... not to make light of the bleeding situation, but at your comment \"I probs should listen to him...he is a doctor!\". You have access to one of the best resources available to any of us- a live-in Dr! You should definitely trust trust him over google! My bleeding was a light pink and maybe lasted for 2 or 3 hours- less than a teaspoon is probably a good description for mine too. I have heard that with an early miscarriage, that the bleeding stays pretty consistent for awhile, so that is good that you don\'t seem to be experiencing that. Now I feel silly sharing any type of medical knowledge at all knowing that your husband is a dr :) Just keep pushing forward until you know something for sure...
oh I never listen to anything he says!! At home he is my husband and not a doctor. Plus, he is a General Practitioner (I think you guys call it family doctor?) so he is a jack of all trades with a specialty in travel medicine...not exactly that familiar with any ob/gyn work any more...have left messages with my fertility clinic as well as my private obstetrician ...that was two hours ago...going crazy with stress which isn\'t helping but feeling a bit better now. Just praying that it was just breakthrough bleeding and nothing more...
Phew! I hope everything is ok.
