Update on Ken
Hi everyone,
Poor Ken is still waiting to hear the rsults of the MRI but the good news is the neurologist started Ken on Toradol today. From what I understand it is a strong & effective NSAID medication & is only to be used short term - for 5 days.
That will bring us to Monday & the results from the MRI and the next steps.
I'm still feeling positive & from everything I've learned the neurologist is proceeding the way he should.
I miss Eddie everyday. I know he would be a big support to Ken if he were here but I know Ed is with us from Heaven. Another holiday approaches without my son physically here and it hurts so much as all of you know only too well.
Love and hugs to all, Linda xoxo

Linda I know the stress really makes even the little things seem all different. Hope there is laughter and love in the house to help manage the big worries. And once there is a plan for how to go on, big help, we start to feel \'normal\' about things again. Do tell the family what you need, ok?
Hugs and hope,
Sarah
Linda, I am believing that the medication helps Ken..Phil & I are praying everyday for Him...Blessings, Patti (Matt\'s Mom)
It is at times of great joy and stressful times that we miss our kids the most. I know Lisa is the first person I would call with good news and when we had a crisis. She was the one with the cool head. Andrew is great and I know would do anything for us but Lisa was the one I called first. I know Ed would have been a big support. I do believe that he is watching over you and Ken.
Still praying.
Love, Marlene
Dear Linda....I know you all are thankful for the medications that can help Ken. I hope that by Monday you will have a reason to celebrate this season of thanksgiving for a good report and complete healing for Ken.....Yes, I am sure sweet Ed would have been so helpful at a time like this. He is blissfully enjoying Heaven and sending love to sustain you and Ken. Feel the love....squeeze hugs dear friend...dale, brandon\'s mom
The wait is the worst, I know. Sending prayers for answers and good news.
hugs, love and peace, Roselle
ANY stress, even a small one, makes our grief worse but you know what, God keeps putting people in my path as witnesses so let me share that today I met a guy who is a NRA instructor, I\'ve been talking to him on and off about target shooting for a year. Today I sold him my weapons. He knew about my daughter and he told me HE HAD A NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE TOO and knows without doubt there IS a \"heaven\". So that is where Ed is right now, my friend, my daughter April is (because I had that vision) and most of our children are. Eddie\'s up there working on Ken! I\'m working on him, too, keep him in my prayers several times a day! Hang on!
I\'m glad that Ken is doing better, Linda and I do believe that Eddie is right there with you, adding his assistance for a positive outcome! Hope that med helps with those horrible headaches! Love+Hugs, Donna
Loving thoughts, prayers, affirmations all for Ken and for YOU. I just have to believe at these fragile times our children know and surround us with everything that they can. Dear Ed is there for both of you dearest Linda.
Thinking of you today and hopeful for release of those pounding headaches for dear Ken and favorable news on Monday. All paws are crossed on this one!
With love, Joanie

Hi Linda, Good idea posting on the FMO home page...I am so mixed up about what is going on with the site...I can\'t figure out how to know if someone writes a journal! Anyway, I hope Ken is doing OK...I\'m so sorry he has to go through this. Like you, I am bracing for the holidays...Love You! Anne
I hate waiting for information...especially such important info! Continued love and positive energy being sent to you and Ken.
Understanding so well the ache in your heart for missing Ed....
