UPDATE ON HUBBY
Well, thought I'd better update all my friends who've been following the situation with my hubby & who have been there for me to lean on. It's a 50/50 scenario right now - cancer or not. Now we wait again but this time just for 2 wks. He's got a biopsy set for 2 wks fr yesterday then we'll know for sure. I've got one major question - HOW DO I KEEP IT TOGETHER DURING THIS!!!!!! I know the key words "positive thinking" comes into play but the negatives always keep finding their way in. Is it odd, too, that I have moments where I feel like, faith wise, I'm standing on the edge wondering whether or not I'll fall. But, Lupus wise, it's got me wondering whether I shd call my rheumy & see if he wants to postpone the prednisone withdrawl for a few wks just in case the "stress & worry" might do a number on me. Would appreciate anyone's thoughts on this as I greatly value your opinions. God Bless and keep all of you safe.

We just have to keep praying and ask God to heal your husband.I would not think you should miss any treatments. I will keep you and your hubby in my prayers..Love and kisses to my special friend.. xxxx00000
oh waiting IS hard. first, I would ask if I could keep on the same low doze of pred for a few more weeks. really, what\'s 2-3 more weeks of a low dose?
then, keeping it together... all I can say is to pray ... I know of no other way.
well, sometimes it helps also when I think this way: let\'s say all turns out well with this test. then you\'ll say to yourself \"I wish I hadn\'t spent those 2 weeks anguishing it!\" chances are very good that even if it is C, they can completely treat it. and also, the test results aren\'t going to change their outcome if you worry about them or not, so worrying won\'t do any good. I\'m praying for you!
I think waiting on the prednisonr withdrawal is a good idea. You are under an incredible amount of stress right now. Hang in there!! You and your hubby are in my prayers
