Update on 2 fronts

This is just to up date things a bit, The last three days I have been passing a little blood in the urine, Sunday night into Monday afternoon I think I passed another small stone. I could be the 4 mm stone that was still in the kidney when I had my Cat Scan done in late  April, or be a fragment off the large stone, they have been trying to break it up in the last couple weeks. So I hope that I can wait til the week of the 23rd. I met with my cardiologist and he gave me the OK for the stone removal procedure, pending an echocardiagram. He said it should not be an issue but it has been 2 years since my last one and might as well get that out of the way too. The doc thought i was doing great, so do I, other than the stones I feel great physically, just the pain of the stones and of course the divorce brings me down a little.... but being an optimist I rebound qiuckly. I still need clearence from my pulmonologist, The last tme I saw him he also said I was doing great... sothat shouldn't be an issue either. The urologist specialist just wants to be sure, I guess the procedure could take quite a long time and he just wanted to make sure that I am up for it.  I think so I've already been knocked out twice without issue, this will just be a little longer, and I'll be on my stomach.....I talked to the scheduler this afternoon and she is almost positive that the procedure will be on the 25th, in the afternoon. when I get a firm date and time I'll post it. I met with my lawyer yesterday too, I got his recomendation on what to do, then thought about what I wanted, gave her more than what he thought necessary, but I wanted a clause in there that will not let her take me back to court or me to take her back to court ever. I also wanted verbage that she can NOT contact me directly, she will have to go through the court or some governing body, I just want her to be out of my hair forever. I doubt if it is possible but that's what I want and I'm will to pay for it up front.......If she agrees to this then my divorce final hearing can be moved up..... hopefully anyway. We do have pre-trial June 20th......how nice would it be for the divorce to be final then and to get the stones out the next week...way to much to ask for but I can dream....LOL When I get more info I'll post it.  Always Just Jack
