Update and People really don't care

I had my ultrasound yesterday and got to see my doctor.  There was a little yoke sac measuring just right and the hemotoma was still there.  This is called a subchorionic hemotoma, thank you, elijah4  My dr didn't seem at all concerned and I am now on pelvic rest.  Of course I googled and found that it can disappear, stay and cause no damage, or the worse circumstance it can cause placenta abruption later on.  They are very common and usually nothing to be worried about.  Well I am trying but I keep thinking the worse.   I go back a week from tomorrow.
So I was on bedrest from thurs-mon and already had friday off for my aunt's funeral.  She just passed from ALS, a terrible disease.  Anyway I couldn't go to the funeral so my boss took my bereavement day! wtf  I have no vacation days left, I just took them when I didn't feel well and for anniversaries.  Really, you can't just maybe be kind for once?  I did not know you had to attend a service to get a bereavement day.  This shouldn't bother me this much but it does.  I also had a note that said why I was on bed rest and he didn't bother to read it.  I said I was going to need some understanding the next couple of months and he didn't know what I was talking about.  I asked the hr lady to see the note again because she said it didn't say why, well it was right there.  So good to know that people care so much about me to take 2 seconds to read past "she's on bedrest," after what has happened to me.  They pretend to care, but really are so glad it is not them.  No one gets it.  Now I need to let this go and get happy for my rainbow.  Hope everyone is doing as well as possible ♥ Pamela

Thank you for posting an update as I don\'t really know you, but was thinking about you all weekend and praying for you! So happy to hear that things are progressing with your rainbow! Sorry about your work, they sound just as insensitive as my coworkers. Try to remember that you now know what is important and they aren\'t on the list. And your rainbow is!!! :)

First of all-- congratulations! I am so very happy for you.

Try not to worry about the subchorionic hematoma too much-- I had one with my angel (had nothing to do with her death) and my rainbow both... for me, they resolved by about 14 or 15 weeks. It can be scary, but as you already know, it doesn\'t always mean something bad will happen. I just wanted you to know that there are other people out there who have had a SCH that had no problems with it. I did have some bleeding, but it went away.

Sorry about the loss of your aunt, and that your work is so insensitive. I know you have more than enough to worry about right now, and don\'t need work adding to the list. I totally agree-- take it easy and be happy for your rainbow. I will be thinking of you. Big hugs.

I am so glad that rainbow is good. The doctors i\'m sure will keep a close eye on you and you also have James looking over his lil sister/brother. He is a great big brother. Try and stay focused on you and rainbow. I know that you need your job but don\'t let those inconsiderate buttheads get to you. It\'s about you and this baby now and for the next 9 months. Sending you tonz of hugs. xoxo, Andrea

I wish people around you weren\'t being so insensitive, it really sucks! Like you said, however, you have such a blessing in your life and no matter what happens with the work drama, try to stay focused on that. Big hugs and I\'m certain all will be well with your rainbowxxxx
