upbeat like the sun

I woke up yesterday and saw the sun shining. I sat there on the floor in a puddle of sunlight and just realized how lucky I am. How grateful I am. Even if I don't have everything I want I have everything I need.
i decided yesterday that not everyday will be happy and thats ok. That not every day will be sunny and thats ok. That not everyday I will be able to cope as well as I did the day before and thats ok. I decided to just feel what I feel. No pressure, no judgement.
Today I woke up and I smiled.
