up early

I was up at 4:00 ...this morning ..I usualy am ...a reduclis time to be up ..........and wide awake ....I get up at 2:30 ....to and have to read to get back to sleep ...........no wounder I am tired during the day ........I don't like to take a nap ..because if I do I sleep for at least three hours .....miss the day .........the last two days my h had taken me out for supper ...than last night he brought a piza home .........it was the saltiest piza we ever had ......he has always helped me with supper since he went on penchion ..I am starting to think he is getting to tired after ...doing things outside .....or doing errands ....to help me make supper so today I am going to make it my self .......and not as k him ....what meat he is taking out ......see if that...makes a diferance ..he has been looking tired ......I don't like that .......I am being snappy .......and I don't know why ..he is the one who is sick .......he said to me yesterday ...why are you snapping at me I only have 10 years left ......that realy ......hit me hard ......why am I snapping at him .....I need to be more ...gentile with him .....I think I am going to try to read see if I can't get a little more sleep .....
