I have meds to take at 4:30. An alarm wakes my most the time. But, I have been known to wake without needing the alarm. A few times, even wake, unable to go back to sleep. Get some rest!

Hi . For some reason I wake up every morning even Sunday at are around 5. It's a little cool here. Hope you get to feeling better.
