UP at 4 A.M

I haven't been sleeping good lately.  Tonight's probably the worst example of that because I've been sleeping lightly up till 4 A.M. and here I am not obviously not sleeping.  That said, for once I'm not furious about it.  Battling depression is hard for me when it comes to the motivation part of things.  It's hard to even want to do things you like.  But I've been noticing me being less anxious and stressed.  I think it's directly related to the amount of nonbusiness stuff that I do; in other words, stuff I want to do.  For me that usually means working out and going to the river.  Honestly I think getting out to the river or somewhere is the more important of the two.  I'm kind of the opposite of today's era with me not being into technology like smart phones and all that.  I don't like the city.  Call me a freak but I just don't like only seeing human created infrastructure like buildings, schools, roads, etc.  People can also call me a freak that I don't like seeing people every single day.  Some days I just want to be at the river by myself with no one around where I can see is natural nature and all I hear is nature.  Objectively, I can't workout every day  but I can workout easily 4-5 days and go out to the river at least one day of the week.  When your not doing anything fun and bad stuff happens and you sleep bad your spirit is horrible.  Even if you sleep bad like I have but still do fun stuff, your spirit is good.  Being realistic, if I could start sleeping better along with a few other things, I would be doing GREAT, not just good.  So over the next couple of weeks I'm going to make a few goals/objectives to work on.
      1.  Take my anxiety medication-I keep forgetting to...I still am experiencing some anxiety.  Not even close to as much as before which is great but the less anxiety I can have, the better.
      2.  Start doing core workouts and stretching-I've done a great job starting to lift again but could see even better results if I start doing core stuff and stretching.
      3.  Start eating smaller dinners and earlier-Part of why I'll never get fat is my metabolism but on a negative side, it's something I'm positive makes me more prone to sleeping bad.  My metabolism starts processing and digesting food right away so if I either eat a huge dinner or to close to bed time I'm metabolically active.  As I light sleep, I wake up frequently and feel my stomach processing the food; I don't know the exact science to it but if I was to guess, I'd say my brain is asleep but my body isn't.
      4.  Start waking up early every day-I'd have more time in the day to do stuff and not have horrible Tuesday night insomnia(I have to get up early on Weds).  This is probably on the lower end of my priorities because I don't want to ruin the momentum I've created from not being depressed, anxious, etc.  Maybe in a couple or few weeks after I sustain or increase how I'm currently feeling.
      5.  Find a part time job-Same situation as sleeping.  I'm going to school full time so it's not like I'm a slouch; who cares if I'm working and going to school full time for once?  Additionally, money isn't a stressor because my parents told me they're gonna help me out.  If I do get a part time job, it's also going to be one that's actually useful...no offense to the Walmart/etc. workers out there but I'm going to school so I don't have to do that.  So I'm not  going to take any job not related to what I want to do.  If I find one, I do, if I don't, I don't.
