Unwind Me
I want to remember this as I support my children thru their Father's journey. His cancer results were Stage 4.
“Love is who we are. Love is One. Love does not have parts; it is whole. It is complete. It is everything. It doesn’t make sense that Love would require a choice between two things. When it seems as though there are choices to be made, it is exciting to ask for Guidance, to ask, ‘What is this for? What is most helpful in this seeming situation?’ We can go in a new direction now by listening for and following that Guidance. Our prayer to the Holy Spirit can be, ‘When there are choices to be made, I want You to make them. I want Your decisions to unwind me from time and space.’ It’s a gentle and gradual process.”—David Hoffmeister

Very nice. Trusting God, and Reality, to be what it is as \"good enough(?)\" can be relieving from our usual \"if only\"-fantasies. Resistance to powerlessness over Reality is a waste of happiness-energy. Acceptance and Resistance are both choices; and one thing we do have power over is our choices of attention and beliefs.
My phone alarm just went off while writing this, with a prayer for God and my angels to provide me with courage.
Sorry about the fate of you Ex, and for your children\'s sadness and fears.
Big Gentle Hugs
Thanks Rich! For some reason, this is a tough one for me! xo I graciously receive your gentle hugs!!!!
My alarm actually says, \"Ask my Angels for help with my courage. \" Allow your feelings, of course; you taught us that. Any suffering is optional.
XO
I ask the Holy Spirit and my guardian angels for help and guidance and I surrender it all the time! You know....I am the QUEEN when it comes to honoring/allowing ALL my feelings! I don\'t seem to suffer... If I ALLOW! Thanks Rich! xo
Acceptance versus resistance, as Rich says... I am personally reminded of it often. Best wishes to your kiddos. And to you too as they look to you for love and support.
Thank you Lisa! I am grateful I don\'t resist any more! \"What we resist will persist! My kids are pretty upset! Losing my parents was one of the hardest things I ever delt with! Brings up EVERY emotion imaginable! When my Mom died I was laid flat with RA...it was too much grief for what never was! Thanks again Lisa! xo
Sending you big hugs my brave, loving friend xxxx
Thank-you Rosie...luv u back my friend! xoxo
Lisa: When I got RA and was laid flat, I said am I going to Resist this or Accept this...I find it interesting the letters R.A. are letters that are the most life changing letters ever. R.A. has changed my life in a way I never thought possible and Resistance or Acceptance has done the same. xo
Words of wisdom Vicki. I hope your kids are ok. I know they will feel and appreciate your love and support.
Thank you Lisa! The kids Dad is coming today to talk to them. Stage 4, will start a new chemo drug once a month for a year. If the tumor\'s should shrink they would think about surgery then. I just continue to surround all of them in Light and am here! I\'m hoping this brings some healing to their relationship! Dale has pretty much been an absent Dad; we\'ll see. xo
